Book before you arrive.

Preregistration is required. There are no walk-ins, and each dog or cat needs an appointment. Bookings close at 23:59 on 24 October 2026, South African time, or earlier if all appointments are booked.

Choose a time in the available sessions: 09:00–11:00 or 11:30–13:30. Use the appointment time shown on your confirmation. Keep the booking QR code or full reference available on your phone, or bring a printed copy.

Keep these details handy.

  • Your required email address, mobile number and emergency contact.
  • Each pet’s name, species, breed, age, sex and known weight.
  • Known vaccination history, including the most recent product and administration date where available.
  • Whether each pet is microchipped, and the existing chip number if they are.
  • Your booking confirmation and agreed appointment time.

Complete the owner details, pets and appointment steps first. The final step asks you to review the booking and agree to the Community Day rules and authorisation.

What happens on the day?

  1. Entry check-in. Show your QR code or reference to an administrator. They confirm the appointment and check in the animals actually present.
  2. The service station. An admin or vet opens the booking again. The team reviews the recorded history and service needs, captures the administered vaccination and microchip details, and records the measured weight.
  3. Your continuing record. See the recorded care in your owner dashboard. Captured services remain distinct from verified veterinary signatures.

You can open your dashboard before Community Day. After booking, choose Set your password on your confirmation page in the same browser. Your pets and appointment will be ready to view, and you can update your contact and pet details before check-in.

A calm, safe visit for everyone.

Owners remain with their pets and are responsible for handling them throughout the visit. Dogs must arrive on a secure lead and cats in a secure carrier; keep a safe distance from other animals. Owners must fit a muzzle to aggressive pets.

The event is for the booked vaccination and microchipping services, rather than consultations or other clinical procedures. The registration authorisation asks you to declare that you are not aware of a condition that would endanger your pet through vaccination or microchipping. If you have a concern about suitability, speak to your veterinary professional before the event.
